Shipping & Delivery

Our team is dedicated to shipping and delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing our warehouse for shipment. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. GMT +2 will not be processed until the following business day.

If your products are Shipped to South Egypt like Luxor, Aswan, Sohag, Menya, Fayum, Asyut, or Eastern Egypt like Sharm El sheikh, Sinai or Hurghada and Marsa Matrooh,   they may incur additional shipping charges and would take much longer time to receive.

Wholesale Customers:

Wholesale pricing is not eligible for Free Shipping. Orders placed through the consumer-facing portion of the BulkSupplements.com website by wholesale customers will not be eligible for Free Shipping. We do offer heavily discounted FedEx and LTL rates for wholesale customers. Pickup/Your Own Carrier is also an option.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If an item has been marked as delivered, lost or stolen, Hero-Supplements will file a claim with the shipping courier. If the customer selected to use his or her own carrier, it is at the customer’s discretion to file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier to receive reimbursement for the order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).

If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package’s initial arrival.

Delivery Time

Esh7inly Express First-Class shipments may take up to 6-7 Days. Esh7inly Express Priority shipments and close regions to the capital may take 2-3 Days max.
